Great! First of all let us tell you that your lesson will start with a deep relaxation phase; all you’ll have to do is sit comfortably, or maybe even lie down on your sofa and just listen to your teacher reading a text.
The second phase, more interactive, will see you and your teacher explore the different aspects of the language. No relaxation, here, you’ll be your normal awake self! But for the third step you’ll be back to a state of deep relaxation or hypnosis, as you will focus on consolidating all the new aspects of the language you just learned.
